Presently (September 2016), the BSS team is managing and maintaining more than 250 buildings and spaces totaling about 3.1 million square meters across Romania. Of this area, 1.7 million sqm are logistic and industrial buildings, over 800 000 sqm of office space, 550 000 sqm in commercial and 20 000 sqm in residential buildings.

“Items” recently added to BSS portfolio include the SocGen BRD Retail Network – South Romania, Stefan cel Mare Office Building and Toyota Romania.
